2023 Edition

Held in Casablanca on 16–17 November 2023 under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the 4th Choiseul Africa Business Forum brought together more than 800 participants from 60 countries to explore one of the continent's most pressing priorities: economic sovereignty. Against a backdrop of global uncertainty, the Forum provided a platform for public and private decision-makers to exchange concrete solutions for strengthening Africa's resilience, competitiveness and long-term development.

Structured around 10 thematic sessions, discussions focused on the strategic sectors shaping Africa's future, including agri-food value chains, major infrastructure projects, innovative financial systems and industrial development. Bringing together more than 70 high-level speakers, the Forum fostered dialogue on investment, regional integration and sustainable growth, reaffirming the role of cross-sector partnerships in accelerating the continent's economic transformation.

The Republic of Benin, honored as the Country of Honor, was represented by Vice-President Mariam Chabi Talata and a high-level delegation showcasing the country's investment opportunities and economic ambitions.

Finally, the Forum hosted the Choiseul Africa Awards, celebrating outstanding leaders whose economic and social commitment is contributing to Africa's transformation, further reinforcing the event's role as a leading platform for dialogue, recognition and strategic partnerships across the continent.
